Due to the overall layout of the room not much could be done in terms of relocating key fixtures and fittings in order to make the most of the available space.
With that in mind the decision was made to conduct a relatively simply rip out & re fit with significant concentration to be given to the overall design, product choices & finishing touches, in order to lift the room, making it lighter, brighter and airy.

Above all the aim of the refurbishment was to modernise and breathe life / fresh air into a tired design. A pretty straight forward rip out & refit due to the fixture preferences & available space meant colour choice and the selection of finishing touches would be key to ensuring a stand out design.

An old & tired bathroom, along with a separate adjoining WC, that required minor internal building alterations along with a complete rip out and rethink in order to make the refurbishment fit for purpose and protect its longevity, in terms of future proofing.
